Air Conditioning Pipework & Insulation

Air conditioning pipework and insulation for split, multi-split and heat pump installations, from pre-insulated pair coil and copper coil to Armaflex insulation, couplers, fittings and trunking. Everything here is selected for installers who need refrigerant lines run quickly, sealed correctly and finished cleanly.

Refrigerant pipework

Pre-insulated pair coil is the fastest route for standard split systems: liquid and gas lines come matched and insulated, ready to cut to length. Plain copper coil suits installs where you need to size, route or insulate the lines yourself, including multi-split and longer runs. Always match line diameters to the indoor and outdoor unit connections and the manufacturer's maximum pipe length and lift.

Insulation

Armaflex coil and tube insulates the gas and liquid lines to prevent condensation and heat loss, which matters most on the suction (gas) line and on any run exposed to the weather. Use UV-protected insulation or covering externally.

Couplers, fittings and trunking

Lawton brazed couplings and elbows, MaxiPro couplers, reducers and bends let you join, extend and turn refrigerant lines. HVAC trunking conceals and protects exposed pipework, cables and drainage on external and internal wall runs. Pipework should be pressure tested, evacuated and commissioned by F-Gas registered engineers.
