International Delivery

We supply our full range of heating and solar products to customers worldwide, including the US, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Australia, Europe, and South Africa. Because international freight costs vary by product, destination, and carrier, we operate a quote-based process rather than fixed checkout prices.

To request a quote, simply email orders@qualityheating.co.uk with the product(s) you need, quantities, and your full delivery address. We'll come back to you with options via our carrier partners — UPS, FedEx, and Royal Mail — typically within 1–2 business days.

A few things to note: international orders are zero-rated for UK VAT (20% is not charged), but import duties and local taxes in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. All shipments include accurate commercial documentation with the relevant HS/TARIC commodity codes to support smooth customs clearance.
