Geocel The Works Pro is a unique MS Polymer sealant and adhesive that handles the jobs traditional solvent- or water-based products can't — supplied in a 290 ml cartridge and available here in Clear, White, Black and Grey.
Apply Geocel The Works Pro in wet or dry conditions on virtually any substrate and get a secure fix and seal quickly and easily — there is no shrinkage, no staining, no solvents and, in most applications, no need for additional fixings. It resists mould growth, remains flexible once cured and is fully over-paintable, with a service temperature range of -40 °C to +120 °C.

Good to Know
Environmentally and user-friendly by design: no solvents, non-flammable and odourless, making Geocel The Works Pro safe to use in confined spaces and areas open to the public.
Substrate Limitations
Not suitable for use on bituminous substrates or on materials that may bleed oils, plasticizers or solvents (e.g. some rubbers, certain flexible PVCs). If in doubt about a specific substrate, carry out a small compatibility test or contact Geocel Technical Service before full application.
Key Features
MS Polymer Chemistry
A Modified Silane (MS) Polymer hybrid formulation that combines the flexibility of silicone with the paintability and strength of polyurethane — without the drawbacks of either.
Works Wet, Dry or Underwater
Applies and cures underwater as well as on damp or dry substrates, making it ideal for emergency roofing, guttering and pipe repairs where drying the area first isn't practical.
Bonds & Seals Virtually Any Material
Suitable for wood, metal, glass, stone, most plastics, polystyrene, concrete, brick, tiles, roofing materials, mirrors, plaster, plasterboard, guttering, pipes, door & window frames, cracks and masonry joints.
No Shrinkage, No Staining
Cures to a flexible, non-shrinking, non-staining bead — unlike solvent-based adhesives, it will not attack synthetic materials such as polystyrene.
Excellent UV & Weather Resistance
Formulated for long-term exterior exposure with excellent UV resistance and an operating range of -40 °C to +120 °C once fully cured — suited to any UK weather condition.
Fast, Reliable Cure
Tack-free in 20 minutes and cures at 3 mm per 24 hours (23 °C, 50% RH), giving a fast, predictable working window for both bonding and sealing applications.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is MS Polymer and how is it different from silicone or polyurethane?
MS (Modified Silane) Polymer is a hybrid chemistry that combines the flexibility and weathering performance of silicone with the strength, paintability and adhesion of polyurethane — without the drawbacks of either. Unlike silicone, it is fully paintable once cured; unlike solvent-based polyurethanes, it is odourless and will not attack polystyrene or other sensitive synthetic materials.
Can The Works Pro really be applied underwater?
Yes. The Works Pro will apply and continue to cure on wet substrates and even underwater, making it well suited to emergency roofing, guttering, pond and pipe repairs where the substrate cannot be dried first.
What substrates should I avoid?
The Works Pro is not suitable for bituminous substrates (e.g. some roofing felts and bitumen-based coatings) or materials that can bleed oils, plasticizers or solvents, such as certain flexible PVCs and some rubbers. A small compatibility patch test is recommended on any unfamiliar or sensitive substrate.
Can it be painted once cured?
Yes — once fully cured, the bead accepts water-based emulsion, primer/sealer, undercoat and top coats directly. For alkyd-resin, traditional solvent-based, oil-based or exterior gloss paints, apply a suitable water-based undercoat first. Cellulose and polyurethane automotive paints can be applied directly.
How long does an unopened cartridge last, and how should it be stored?
Unopened cartridges carry a 12-month shelf life from the date of manufacture, provided they are stored below 30 °C in cool, dry conditions, upright and out of direct sunlight.
