The Verplas VKC365 is the standard 150mm round straight connector for the Verplas System 150 rigid duct range. It provides a quick, secure, push-fit joint between two 150mm duct lengths — or between a duct length and a fan spigot or terminal fitting — without tools, tape, or sealant. Made from white uPVC, it is lightweight, durable, and fully compatible with the complete System 150 range of bends, T-pieces, valves, and grilles.

What is the difference between VKC365 and VKC363?

The VKC365 is a plain straight connector with no back-draught damper. The VKC363 includes an integral damper flap. Use VKC363 where a non-return function is required at that joint.

Do I need to use tape or sealant with this connector?

Under normal domestic installation conditions, no sealant is required. For higher-spec airtightness (e.g. Passivhaus), joints may be sealed with approved duct tape.

Can I use the VKC365 to connect a rigid duct section to flexible ducting?

Not directly — the VKC365 is designed for rigid-to-rigid joints. For flexible duct connections, use the male spigot of the fitting directly with a worm clip (VKC DIY674) to secure the flex hose.

How many connectors do I need per 2m duct run?

One connector is needed at each duct-to-duct or duct-to-fitting joint. A single 2m length plus one connector extends the run to the next fitting or terminal.
