The Vaillant VR92 is a wired remote room control designed to extend the capabilities of a sensoCOMFORT VRC 720 heating system. Connecting via a two wire eBUS link, it provides independent temperature control and scheduling for additional heating zones, making it ideal for larger homes, multi zone installations and professional heating system upgrades.
With its clear 3.5 inch backlit TFT display, intuitive menu structure and support for up to 12 time programmes per day, the VR92 helps householders maintain comfortable temperatures while supporting efficient system operation. Useful information: The VR92 is a wired additional zone control. It is intended for use alongside a Vaillant sensoCOMFORT VRC 720 system controller and is not a standalone room thermostat.
Compatibility note: The VR 92 requires a compatible sensoCOMFORT VRC 720 wired system controller. It is not compatible with the wireless sensoCOMFORT VRC 720f for wireless systems, the VR 92f is the corresponding remote control.
Safety and installation: Installation and electrical connections must be carried out by a competent, qualified installer in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and current UK wiring requirements, including BS 7671.

Connects using a low voltage two wire eBUS connection, with a recommended minimum cable cross section of 0.75 mm² and a maximum eBUS cable length of 125 m.
Installer Friendly Setup
An integrated installation assistant helps speed up commissioning, while the wall mounted design allows neat, accessible placement in the controlled zone.
Comfort and System Insight
Features include a Quick Veto temporary temperature override, operating status display, next service reminder and humidity based cooling support where applicable.

Compatibility
The Vaillant VR 92 is designed for use with Vaillant heating and renewable systems that use eBUS communication in conjunction with the sensoCOMFORT VRC 720 system controller. Suitable applications include compatible ecoTEC boilers, aroTHERM air to water heat pumps, flexoTHERM and flexoCOMPACT heat pumps, and selected geoTHERM ground source heat pumps.
In a maximum wired configuration, up to four VR 92 remote controls can be used with a VRC 720, with one VR 92 allocated per heating circuit. The system can support up to nine direct and/or mixed heating circuits when configured with the appropriate Vaillant control modules.
