Description

The Telford Tempest 500L Indirect Heat Pump Cylinder is a high capacity hot water storage solution designed for use with air source heat pump systems. Its large 500 litre capacity makes it suitable for larger homes, high demand domestic hot water applications and selected commercial installations.

Manufactured from durable Duplex stainless steel, this unvented cylinder provides mains pressure hot water and high flow rates while offering excellent resistance to corrosion. A purpose designed 3m² heat exchange coil supports efficient transfer of renewable heat into the stored water, while the factory fitted 3kW immersion heater provides reliable back up heating when required.

The cylinder is fully insulated to help reduce standing heat loss and is supplied with essential unvented system components, including an external expansion vessel, tundish, inlet control group and safety valves. A 3 port valve is not included and must be purchased separately.
