Integrated Low-Temperature Heating: When connected to an external power source (mains, solar, or vehicle engine) below 2°C, the battery's built-in heating film automatically warms the cells to allow safe charging — taking approximately 90 minutes to heat from -20°C to a chargeable temperature. This lets the battery be used through cold winters without manual intervention.
Parallel Connection Only — Same Brand and Batch: Up to 8 units can be connected in parallel for a total of 12V 840Ah, but series connection is prohibited for this model. Only use batteries of the same brand, model, cycle life, capacity, and SOC status together in parallel — mixing different batteries, ages, or manufacturers is not supported and can cause imbalance.
Charging Voltage and Wiring: Use a charger set to 14.0–14.2V — voltages outside this range will trigger the BMS's high or low voltage protection. All positive and negative terminal connections must be torqued to 12 N·m and checked for secure, tight wiring to avoid overheating at the terminals.
High-Performance 200A BMS
The built-in battery management system protects against overcharge, over-discharge, over-current, short circuit, and both high and low temperature conditions, with automatic cell voltage balancing and cycle life tracking.
Strong Burst Discharge Capability
Rated for 100A continuous discharge, with the ability to sustain 150A for 30 minutes or 200A for 13 minutes — useful for appliances or inverters with high momentary current demands.
Automatic Wake-Up on Charge
If the battery has shut down, detecting an external charging voltage above 14V will automatically wake it and allow charging while still blocking discharge, helping recovery from deep discharge events.
Dry Contact Shutdown Control
A dedicated dry contact port allows the battery to be completely switched off remotely, cutting standby consumption to under 0.1mA — ideal for long-term storage or an emergency cut-off point.
Optional Display & Bluetooth Monitoring
Pairs with the optional TBB-MCK display panel for on-battery voltage, current and SOC readouts, or the TBB-DTU Bluetooth module for wireless monitoring via the TBB Battery app.
Wide Operating Temperature Range
Functions from -30°C to +60°C on discharge, maintaining good cycle life and discharge performance even in demanding hot or cold climates.

How does the built-in heating function work?
Below 2°C, the battery reports a low-temperature charge fault and won't charge directly. Once an external charger is connected at 14.0–14.2V, the internal heating film automatically activates and warms the cells — taking around 90 minutes to heat from -20°C to a temperature that allows normal charging.
Can I connect multiple batteries together for more capacity?
Yes — up to 8 units can be connected in parallel, giving a total of 12V 840Ah. Series connection is not supported on this model. When paralleling, only use batteries of the same brand, model, cycle life, capacity, and SOC status to keep the batteries balanced.
What happens if the battery over-discharges and shuts down?
If the battery hits its over-discharge protection threshold and isn't charged within 10 minutes, it will shut down. To wake it, toggle the battery switch (or MEH-B rocker switch) off and then on, and charge within 10 minutes. If it won't wake, connect a charger set to 14.0V or greater — the battery will wake itself and begin charging once it detects that voltage.
How do I monitor the battery's status?
Status can be checked via the onboard SOC indicator LEDs, or with the optional TBB-MCK display panel for local voltage/current/SOC readouts. For wireless monitoring, the optional TBB-DTU Bluetooth module connects to the TBB Battery app (iOS and Android) to show SOC, voltage, current, and any active alarms remotely.
How should I store this battery long-term?
Charge to 80% SOC before storage, disconnect the battery switch and any display unit, and fit the terminal protective covers. Recharge to 80% SOC every 3 months. Ideal storage conditions are 0°C to +35°C at 20–80% SOC and under 65% relative humidity.
