The Stuart Turner ST 15/60-130 (47073) is a high-efficiency central heating circulator with an EEI of just 0.18. It delivers up to 5.8 m head and 3.3 m³/h for closed-loop domestic heating, in new systems or as a replacement pump.

Three preset proportional-pressure curves let you match the pump to the system, and the 130 mm port-to-port length suits the most common domestic replacement spaces. It is backed by a 5-year warranty.

Closed heating systems only

The ST 15/60 has a cast iron body and is designed for closed-loop central heating circuits. For open systems and domestic hot water recirculation use the bronze ST 15/60 B (47074).

Safety

Isolate the electrical supply before any work. The motor casing and pump body get very hot in normal use. Installation must be carried out by a qualified person, with the pump earthed via its supply cord, and a 30 mA RCD is recommended in the supply circuit. Never run the pump dry.

Can I use it for domestic hot water?

No. The cast iron ST 15/60 is designed for closed-loop central heating. The bronze ST 15/60 B (47074) is the model for open systems and hot water recirculation.

Which way up can it be fitted?

The motor shaft must be horizontal. The flow through the inlet and outlet can be vertical or horizontal, and the terminal box can be repositioned if access is limited.

How do I change the pump setting?

Press the button on the terminal box cover to step through the three curves: blue is lowest, green is medium and yellow is highest. Hold it for over 5 seconds to switch between proportional-pressure and constant-power modes.

What fluid can it pump?

Clean water, or clean water mixed with antifreeze suitable for central heating systems. The liquid must not contain aggressive or explosive additives, mineral oils or solid or long-fibre content.

How long is the warranty?

The ST 15/60 carries a 5-year warranty.
