Every bundle on this listing already includes the SolaX TBMS-MCS0800 Battery Management Unit (BMU) and the battery base alongside your chosen number of TP-HS3.6 battery modules, so there's nothing extra to source before installation can begin.
Simply select your target storage capacity from 7.3kWh up to 47.9kWh and the correct number of modules, the BMU, and the base arrive together as one master-box bundle. The stack is plug-and-play, arriving with pre-wired communication cables so a single installer can build a complete tower without external wiring runs between modules. Behind the simple exterior sits unique battery heating technology for cold-weather reliability, an IP65-rated enclosure suited to indoor or outdoor mounting, and a rated cycle life of over 6,000 cycles at 90% depth of discharge, all designed to pair with SolaX's X1 and X3 Hybrid G4 inverter ranges.

This is a complete master-box stack ready to mount and wire to a compatible SolaX hybrid inverter, with nothing further to purchase for a single-tower installation.
Important Safety Information
Installation of the SolaX Triple Power battery bundle must be carried out by a competent, qualified electrician or MCS-registered solar installer. This is a high-voltage DC battery system reaching up to 665.6V across a 13-module stack, and incorrect handling presents a serious electric shock and fire risk.
Please Note
A single tower is limited to a maximum of 9 modules. Bundles of 10 modules or more (36.8kWh and above) span two towers, and a separate Series Box is required to link them — this is not included in the base bundle and should be ordered alongside it. Always confirm module-count compatibility against your specific SolaX inverter model before ordering, as minimum and maximum module counts differ between the single-phase X1 Hybrid G4 and three-phase X3 Hybrid G4 ranges.

Test conditions for nominal/usable energy figures: 90% DOD, 0.2C charge and discharge at +25°C. Maximum charge/discharge current is affected by the number of modules connected in parallel as well as ambient temperature and state of charge.
What exactly comes in the box?
Every bundle includes your selected number of TP-HS3.6 battery modules, one SolaX TBMS-MCS0800 Battery Management Unit, and the battery base. This gives you a complete, ready-to-mount single-tower stack. A compatible SolaX hybrid inverter is required separately to operate the system.
How many TP-HS3.6 modules do I need?
This depends on your household's daily energy usage and which SolaX inverter you're pairing the battery with. A typical UK home might start with a 3-4 module bundle (11.0-14.7kWh), while larger households or those wanting maximum self-consumption and backup often choose 6-9 modules (22.1-33.1kWh). Our team can help size a bundle against your inverter model and usage pattern.
Can I add more modules later?
Yes. The Triple Power platform is designed for expansion during the system's lifetime, so you can start with a smaller bundle and add further TP-HS3.6 modules as your energy needs grow, up to the maximum supported by your specific SolaX inverter and BMU configuration.
Do I need to buy anything else alongside a bundle up to 9 modules?
No. Bundles from 2 up to 9 modules (7.3kWh to 33.1kWh) are complete single-tower systems, with the BMU and base already included. You will still need a compatible SolaX hybrid inverter to operate the battery, which is sold separately.
What do I need to add for bundles of 10 modules or more?
Bundles of 10 to 13 modules (36.8kWh to 47.9kWh) are built across two towers, and a Series Box is required to link them together. This is sold separately from the core bundle, so please add it to your order if you're selecting one of these larger capacities.
Which SolaX inverters is the TP-HS3.6 compatible with?
The TP-HS3.6 is designed for the SolaX X1 Hybrid G4 and X3 Hybrid G4 inverter families, including the X3-Hybrid G4 Pro and Ultra variants. Minimum and maximum module counts differ between single-phase and three-phase inverters, so always check compatibility against your exact inverter model before ordering.
Does the battery work in an unheated garage or outbuilding?
