The Sentinel X800 Jetflo Powerflush (MPN X800) is a rapid-acting cleaner formulated for use with power flushing equipment, designed to remove corrosion deposits, magnetite sludge and limescale from boiler heat exchangers, radiators, underfloor heating and pipework in as little as one hour. To clean a system in accordance with BS 7593, it is strongly recommended that Sentinel X800 is used with power flushing equipment, following the equipment manufacturer's instructions, for the most rapid and effective clean.
Manual Circulation Alternative
Where a power flushing machine is not used, X800 can instead be circulated at normal operating temperature with all valves open and the pump on maximum flow for a minimum of 1 hour, or until satisfactory performance is restored. This product will not clear a completely blocked pipe.
Post-Clean Protection
After cleaning, the system should be drained and flushed until the water runs clear, then refilled and treated with Sentinel X100 Inhibitor (or Sentinel X500 Inhibited Antifreeze).
