The Renusol Storm Washer for Corrugated Sheet (Part No: REN-900220, R24/37) is a profile-matched sealing washer designed to sit beneath a Renusol solar fastener on corrugated roof sheeting, ensuring the fixing point follows the sheet's curved profile while maintaining a weathertight seal. Manufactured from aluminium with a pre-assembled EPDM seal, the washer is shaped to a 24mm radius to match common corrugated roof profiles.
This storm washer is used together with a compatible Renusol solar fastener (part numbers 900181–900192), completing a weathertight fixing point that transfers module and wind/snow loads safely into the roof substructure without compromising the sheet's water tightness.
