Requirement

For the All-in-One unit only

This PAW-G3KIT-1 variant is specifically for Panasonic's All-in-One indoor unit. Other Aquarea platforms and cylinder types use different G3 kit part numbers — confirm your exact indoor unit model before ordering.

G3-qualified installer required

As with any unvented hot water installation, this kit must be fitted and commissioned by a G3-qualified installer in accordance with UK Building Regulations. Incorrect installation or omission of this kit is a serious safety and compliance issue.

Key features

Complete G3 safety assembly

Combines the expansion vessel, tundish and Multibloc valve in one kit — everything needed to meet Part G3 unvented safety requirements for the All-in-One cylinder.

Multibloc combination valve

The Multibloc valve integrates pressure and temperature relief functions with the expansion relief valve in a single compact assembly, simplifying installation versus separate components.

Purpose-matched to All-in-One

Sized and specified specifically for the water volume and pressure characteristics of the L Series All-in-One cylinder — not a generic unvented kit.

Mandatory compliance component

Required on every unvented Aquarea installation — typically supplied alongside the cylinder as standard, rather than being an optional extra.

Straightforward fitting

Designed for efficient on-site fitting as part of the standard All-in-One commissioning sequence, minimising additional install time.

Genuine Panasonic component

Matched to Panasonic's specification and tested as part of the complete All-in-One system — full compatibility and warranty support.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this kit optional?

No — a G3 safety kit is mandatory on every unvented DHW cylinder installation under UK Building Regulations. It's typically supplied together with the cylinder rather than purchased as a genuine optional extra.

Will this fit other Aquarea indoor units?

This specific PAW-G3KIT-1 variant is matched to the All-in-One indoor unit only. Other Panasonic cylinder platforms use different G3 kit part numbers sized to their own water volume and pressure specification — check compatibility before ordering.

Who can install this kit?

Only a G3-qualified installer can legally fit and commission an unvented hot water cylinder and its safety kit in the UK.

What does the Multibloc valve do?

It combines the pressure relief, temperature relief and expansion relief functions into a single valve assembly — the core safety device preventing over-pressurisation or overheating of the unvented cylinder.

Do I need to buy this separately if I'm ordering a new All-in-One system?

Usually not — this kit is normally bundled with the All-in-One cylinder as standard. This standalone listing is for replacement, spares, or where the kit needs to be sourced independently.
