Kamco One Shot Neutralising Crystals are a convenient 100g sachet of neutralising powder used to bring the waste water from a power flush back to a safe pH before disposal. They are designed to be added to the Clearflow tank once the final power flush 'dump' runs clear, neutralising any acidic residue left behind by Kamco PowerFlush FX2 or Kamco Scalebreaker FX.
Each single-use tube is dosed to treat a standard flush volume, removing the need to measure out loose crystals on site. Circulating the crystals briefly through the system before final disconnection helps protect drains and waste systems from acidic discharge and leaves the heating system ready for inhibitor dosing.

Good to Know: Used at the End of the Flush
Neutralising Crystals are added to the Clearflow tank after the final power flush 'dump' — once the water leaving the dump hose is running clear — and circulated briefly before the system is disconnected.
Please Note: Dosage Is Matched to FX2 Volume
One 100g sachet neutralises every 2.5 litres of PowerFlush FX2 (or Scalebreaker FX) used in the flush. Where a full 5 litre pack of FX2 has been used, two sachets should be dosed accordingly.
Important: Always Verify Waste Water pH
After circulating the crystals, check the waste water with pH paper before disposal to confirm neutralisation is complete, in line with good practice for discharging flushing chemical residues to drain.
Pre-Measured Single-Use Tube
Each 100g sachet is a fixed, pre-measured dose, removing the guesswork and mess of handling loose neutralising powder on site.
Matched to FX2 Dosing
Formulated to neutralise 2.5 litres of PowerFlush FX2 per tube, so engineers can dose accurately based on how much flushing liquid was used.
Protects Drains and Waste Systems
Neutralising the acidic residue from FX2 before it's dumped to waste helps reduce the risk of acidic discharge reaching drainage systems.
Simple Clearflow Workflow
Designed to slot directly into the standard Clearflow flushing sequence — added to the tank and circulated for around 5 minutes before the final purge.
Compact, Easy-to-Stock Format
The tube format is easy to carry in a van stock and simple to store alongside other Kamco flushing chemicals without decanting or measuring.
Prepares the System for Inhibitor
Once neutralised and purged, the system is ready for SYSTEMSAFE-DM corrosion inhibitor to be circulated and left in place, protecting against future corrosion.

What is Kamco One Shot Neutralising Crystals used for?
It neutralises the acidic waste water left in the system after a power flush with PowerFlush FX2 or Scalebreaker FX, so it can be safely discharged and the system prepared for inhibitor dosing.
How many sachets do I need per flush?
One 100g sachet neutralises every 2.5 litres of FX2 or Scalebreaker FX used. If a full 5 litre pack of FX2 was used on the flush, two sachets should be dosed.
At what point in the flush should the crystals be added?
Add the crystals to the Clearflow tank once the final power flush dump is running clear, then circulate for around 5 minutes before the final purge and disconnection.
How do I know the waste water has been fully neutralised?
Check the waste water with pH paper after circulating the crystals to confirm neutralisation before disposal.
What should I do after neutralising the system?
Once neutralised and purged, circulate SYSTEMSAFE-DM scale and corrosion inhibitor through the system for a further 5 minutes before disconnecting, to protect against future corrosion.
