Important: Installation by a competent electrician only
All electrical work on the HP290 Control Box must be carried out by a competent electrician. The electrical supply must be isolated with appropriate safety measures before work begins, and the heat pump's own electrical installation must be completed and made live before the supply connection to the Control Box, to reduce the risk of electric shock.
Please Note: Configure the heat pump for this controller before first power-up
Before the HP290 Monobloc is powered up for the first time, the outdoor unit's DIP switch configuration must be set to match the Control Box as the connected controller type. Using the wrong DIP switch setting for the controller in use will prevent correct operation.
