The Megaflo Eco SystemFit is a factory pre-plumbed and pre-wired indirect unvented cylinder, purpose-built for use with a heat-only (regular) boiler. The pipework and control components are fitted and wired at the factory before the cylinder leaves Heatrae Sadia — reducing on-site installation time and delivering a consistently neat, tidy finish every time. Available in six sizes from 125 to 300 litres, it uses the same high-grade duplex stainless steel construction, internal expansion system, and coil-in-coil heat exchanger as the standard Megaflo Eco Indirect, backed by a 30-year warranty on the inner stainless-steel tank.

SystemFit cylinders must be installed and commissioned by a G3 accredited competent person. All electrical connections must be made by a qualified electrician to current IET Wiring Regulations, and the Benchmark commissioning checklist must be completed at handover.

ℹ Indirect only — boiler-fed with electric backup
SystemFit is available as an indirect cylinder only, heated primarily by the connected heat-only boiler via the internal coil, with a single 3 kW backup immersion heater for off-peak charging or when the boiler is unavailable.

The same high-performance coil-in-coil heat exchanger used across the Megaflo Eco Indirect range delivers full coil heat-up in 22–42 minutes depending on cylinder size — fast recovery for a heat-only boiler configuration without requiring an oversized boiler output.
Internal Expansion — No External DHW Vessel
The internal floating-baffle expansion system accommodates domestic hot water thermal expansion within the cylinder itself — no external DHW expansion vessel is required, keeping the plant room installation compact and reducing the number of components an installer needs to source.
Duplex Stainless Steel — 30-Year Warranty
Fabricated from high-grade duplex stainless steel for excellent corrosion resistance, the SystemFit inner tank carries a 30-year warranty. The range is KIWA approved, complying with Water Regulation 4 and Building Regulations Part G3.
Secondary Return Included on All Models
Every SystemFit model, from 125L to 300L, includes a secondary return connection as standard — useful for properties with longer pipe runs to the outlet, where a secondary circulation loop helps maintain consistent hot water temperature at the tap.
