The Heatmiser neoStat v3 is a 230V wired, programmable thermostat with illuminated soft-touch keys and a proximity sensor backlight. It can be configured to work as a programmable thermostat or as a timer, extending control beyond heating to devices such as towel rails or lighting circuits.
Wired directly to the heating appliance or zone valve, the neoStat v3 communicates with the neoHub (sold separately) via wireless Mesh technology, offering greatly improved network range compared with traditional RF systems. Once paired, it can be controlled remotely from anywhere, and supports a wireless air sensor and door contact switch for more precise, flexible control.

Not Compatible with Gen1 neoHub
The neoStat v3 requires a Generation 2 or Generation 3 neoHub; it is not compatible with first-generation neoHub units. Confirm hub generation before purchase if integrating with an existing system.
Flush Mount - Back Box Required
This thermostat is flush mounted and requires a back box of at least 35mm depth to be recessed into the wall prior to installation.
Wireless Mesh Networking via neoHub
When paired to the neoHub (sold separately), the neoStat v3 communicates using wireless Mesh technology, extending network range and reliability significantly beyond traditional point-to-point RF systems, and enabling remote app control from anywhere.
Illuminated Soft-Touch Keys
A backlit display with proximity sensor and illuminated soft-touch keys give a premium, easy-to-read interface.
Thermostat or Timer Mode
Configure the neoStat v3 as a programmable thermostat or a timer, extending control to towel rails, lighting or other switched loads.
Wireless Mesh Networking
Communicates with the neoHub via Mesh technology, using other mains-powered neoStats in the system to extend range.
Remote Air Sensor & Door Contact
When paired with the neoHub, supports a wireless air sensor for remote or averaged temperature measurement, and a door contact switch to pause heating when a window or door is opened.
Seamless 3-Wire Replacement
Designed to replace an existing 3-wire thermostat, simplifying installation into existing heating systems.
Floor Sensing Mode
With an optional floor probe (sold separately), the neoStat v3 can operate in floor sensing mode for precise underfloor heating control.

Will the neoStat v3 work with my existing neoHub?
It works with Generation 2 and Generation 3 neoHub units, but is not compatible with the original Generation 1 neoHub. Check your hub's generation before purchasing if adding to an existing system.
Is this thermostat surface mounted or flush mounted?
The neoStat v3 is flush mounted and requires a back box with a minimum depth of 35mm to be fitted into the wall prior to installation.
Can the neoStat v3 control things other than heating?
Yes, it can be configured as a timer as well as a thermostat, giving control over other switched loads such as towel rails or lighting circuits.
What is Mesh networking and why does it help?
When paired to the neoHub, the neoStat v3 uses wireless Mesh technology, with mains-powered neoStats acting as signal repeaters, giving significantly better range and reliability than traditional point-to-point RF systems.
Can I connect a remote sensor or door contact switch?
Yes, when paired with the neoHub, the neoStat v3 supports a wireless remote air sensor for averaged or remote temperature measurement, and a door contact switch to pause heating when a window or door is opened.
Is a neoHub required to use this thermostat at all?
The neoStat v3 can operate as a standalone wired thermostat without a neoHub, but a compatible Gen2 or Gen3 neoHub is required for app-based remote control and Mesh networking features.
