The GSE Top Corner Flashing is a longer-format top flashing section used at the corner of a GSE In-Roof System array, where the top flashing run meets the lateral flashing on non-rectangular or corner-configured installations.
Supplied at 1400mm in black, it follows the same 14° water-shedding profile as the standard top flashing and is fitted using the same attach-angle and flashing-hook method described in the GSE In-Roof installation manual.

Please Note
Where a PV array is non-rectangular (L-shaped or T-shaped), GSE's installation manual requires inner and outer angles to be connected to the roofing using a compliant flexible flashing strip in addition to standard flashing pieces. Confirm array geometry against the manual before finalising the flashing layout.
Corner-Configuration Top Flashing
A longer top flashing section suited to corner or non-rectangular array layouts, where standard runs need extending to the array edge.
Matched Black Finish
Finished in black to match the rest of the GSE In-Roof flashing kit.
Same Water-Shedding Profile
Shares the standard 14° slope used across the GSE top flashing range, maintaining consistent water management at the corner.
Attach Angle Fixing
Fitted to the attach angle with pop rivets, in the same way as standard top flashing sections.
Manual Overlap Standard
Overlaps adjoining flashing sections by a minimum of 100mm, sealed with a PU glue joint.
Supports Inner/Outer Angle Detailing
Used alongside flexible flashing strips where the array includes inner (L-shaped) or outer (T-shaped) corners.

What is the top corner flashing used for?
It extends the top flashing run to the corner of a GSE In-Roof array, particularly on non-rectangular or corner-configured layouts.
How is it different from the standard top centre flashing?
It's the same 14° profile and fixing method, supplied at a length suited to corner sections of the array rather than straight runs.
Do I need anything extra for an L-shaped or T-shaped array?
Yes. GSE's manual specifies using a compliant flexible flashing strip at inner and outer angles, in addition to the standard top and corner flashing pieces.
What overlap should I leave at the joins?
A minimum 100mm overlap with a PU glue joint, matching the standard used across the GSE top flashing range.
Is this compatible with the GSE In-Roof Universal Kit?
Yes, it's designed as part of the GSE In-Roof Universal Kit flashing system.
