Description

The FloPlast 21.5 mm black overflow pipe (OS01B) is a 3 m length of PVC-U solvent weld pipe widely used to carry condensate from air conditioning indoor units to a drain, as well as overflow and boiler condensate. The black RAL 9005 finish is discreet on exterior and visible runs.

It is part of FloPlast's 21.5 mm solvent weld overflow system, with no expansion gap required and a continuous temperature rating of 76 °C (intermittent discharges to 100 °C for under two minutes). It is lightweight, easy to cut and available with matching couplings, bends and clips.

Run condensate pipework with a continuous fall away from the indoor unit and avoid dips or traps that hold water. Check the unit's installation manual for the drain connection and gradient.

⚠ Solvent cement is sold separately

FloPlast solvent weld joints need FloPlast solvent cement. Apply it evenly to both surfaces, insert the pipe fully into the socket, wipe off surplus cement, and follow the cement manufacturer's cure times before testing. No expansion gap is needed.
