The Fastensol Pan Tile Roof Hook (Landscape) — TH06 is a substantial stainless steel bracket used to secure Fastensol mounting rails to the roof structure beneath pan tile and concrete tile roof coverings, for solar arrays in landscape orientation. It provides a robust, direct connection from the rail system down into the rafters.
As with the rest of the Fastensol tile hook range, a few tiles are removed from the roof at the marked positions and the hook is secured to a rafter pointing 'downhill' using the tek screws provided. Plywood padding can be used to achieve correct spacing from the tile surface, and the tiles are then simply replaced around the hook for a weatherproof finish.
