The ESBE VTN102 DN32 anti freeze valve is designed to help protect monobloc air to water heat pumps and associated plate heat exchangers from frost damage during cold weather and power interruptions. It automatically discharges cold heating water when the medium temperature falls below approximately 3°C, allowing warmer water to enter the system. Once the temperature rises to approximately 4°C, the valve closes again.
With a robust brass valve body, stainless steel spring and EPDM O-ring, this maintenance free valve provides reliable frost protection for domestic and light commercial heating installations. The DN32 version features G1 1/4" external thread connections and is suitable for heating water systems operating within the specified temperature and pressure limits.
