Description

The ESBE VTN102 DN25 anti freeze valve provides automatic frost protection for air to water monobloc heat pump systems. It helps protect the heat pump and plate heat exchanger from freezing damage during cold weather or a power interruption by releasing cold water from the circuit before it can freeze.

When the water temperature falls below approximately 3°C, the valve opens to discharge cold water and allow warmer water to enter the system. It closes again when the temperature reaches approximately 4°C. With a robust brass body, EPDM sealing and maintenance free operation, the ESBE VTN102 is a dependable choice for both domestic and trade heating installations.
