The Enphase IQ Field Wireable Three-Phase Female Connector (part number Q-CONN-3P-10F) is the female-gender field-wireable connector for three-phase Enphase Q Cable and IQ Cable installations. Part of the sixth-generation Enphase IQ System, it allows installers to terminate raw three-phase cable on-site at exactly the length required — eliminating pre-cut cable waste and enabling flexible AC wiring for arrays spread across multiple roof sections or buildings. Temperature Range
⚠ Never Connect or Disconnect Under Load: These connectors are not load-break rated. The Enphase system AC power must be fully disconnected before mating or separating connector pairs. Connecting or disconnecting under load risks arcing and damage to the connector contacts and to the microinverter AC circuitry.
⚠ Correct Phase Assignment Required: When assembling, match each conductor to the correct phase terminal (L1, L2, L3, Neutral) as labelled on the contact carrier. A phase mismatch will disrupt the phase balance of the three-phase microinverter circuit and can cause system errors or generation loss.

Female Socket — Q Cable Branch Connection
The female Q-CONN-3P-10F connects to any open three-phase Q Cable connector port, allowing the installer to bring in a raw cable feed to that point in the branch. In combination with the male Q-CONN-3P-10M, it enables end-feed and center-feed configurations for three-phase microinverter branch circuits at any point along the array.
Remote Array Section Connection
Using mated pairs of male and female connectors, installers can bridge between separate sections of an array — for example, connecting a second roof slope or outbuilding array into the same three-phase Q Cable branch circuit. This eliminates the need for junction boxes and reduces overall system complexity.
Wide Cable Compatibility
Accepts cable outer diameters of 8–21mm and conductor cross-sections of 2.5mm² to 6mm². Works with Enphase three-phase raw Q Cable and compatible homerun cables. The three-phase Q Cable contains four flexible 2.5mm² conductors rated to 25A, with each connector supplying 230VAC L-N nominal per phase.

What is the difference between Q-CONN-3P-10F and Q-CONN-10F?
The Q-CONN-3P-10F is the three-phase female connector for three-phase Q Cable carrying L1, L2, L3, and Neutral. The Q-CONN-10F is the single-phase female connector for two-wire single-phase Q Cable. Always match the connector to your cable type.
Do I need both male and female connectors for a field connection?
Yes. For an end-feed or junction splice, you need one Q-CONN-3P-10M (male) and one Q-CONN-3P-10F (female). They mate together to form the complete electrical connection. Both parts are available separately from AIZO Quality Heating.
What disconnect tool is needed for three-phase connectors?
Use the Enphase Q-DISC-3P-10 three-phase disconnect tool. This is a different tool from the single-phase Q-DISC-10 and is specifically designed for the three-phase connector body.
How many microinverters can a three-phase Q Cable branch support?
A maximum 25A circuit breaker is required on each three-phase microinverter circuit.
