The Delta Dore Tybox Home RF 210 UK is a complete smart wireless thermostat pack for hydraulic and aeraulic heating and cooling. It combines the Tybox Control room thermostat (with temperature and humidity display), the RF 7210 mains receiver and the Tydom Home UK hub (6700119), so you can add smartphone and voice control straight away without buying anything extra.
It controls a boiler, wood-burning stove, reversible or non-reversible heat pump, circulator, zone valve or motorised damper (ductable systems). Choose between PID regulation with adjustable time base or On/Off regulation with adjustable hysteresis, and manage four modes: Heating, Cooling, Off and Absence. The thermostat and receiver are supplied pre-associated and the built-in radio quality test helps you find the best position for each unit.

What is in the pack
Tybox Control room thermostat (92 × 92 × 21 mm), RF 7210 receiver with 1.25 m cable, Tydom Home UK hub (ref. 6700119), 2 × 1.5 V alkaline LR03 (AAA) batteries, wall plate and table stand, self-adhesive strips and instructions.
Scheduling and remote control use the hub
The Tybox Control offers Manual, Absence and Off on the unit itself. The AUTO (scheduled) mode is provided once the thermostat is connected to the Tydom app, so weekly programming, routines and voice control are all set up through the hub supplied in this pack. The Tydom Home hub must be connected to your internet router by Ethernet cable during setup.
Reversible heat pumps and multi-zone systems
Heating and cooling are selected in the installer settings (heating, cooling or heating/cooling). With Delta Dore generator-control receivers (RF 6420 / RF 6450) in multi-zone installations, PID regulation must be used because On/Off regulation is not compatible with those receivers. Check the changeover wiring of your heat pump before ordering.
Key Features
Complete Smart Pack
Thermostat, receiver and hub in one box. The Tydom Home UK hub brings app control, routines and real-time status of your heating from anywhere.
Temperature and Humidity Display
The Tybox Control shows room temperature, setpoint and humidity level on a clear display with optional backlight, configurable for active and standby screens.
Heat, Cool, Off and Absence
Four operating modes cover winter heating, summer cooling, shutdown and extended absence, with 5 to 30°C setpoint in heating and 10 to 35°C in cooling.
Precise PID Regulation
PID with 15, 30, 45 or 60 minute time base keeps the room at setpoint without overshoot. Delta Dore states PID can save up to 10% energy. Switch to On/Off with 0.2 to 2°C hysteresis if your emitter needs it.
Open Window Detection
Detects a temperature drop (15 or 30 minute pause) or reacts in 10 seconds when an optional radio opening detector is associated. Frost setpoint adjustable from 5 to 16°C.
Easy Wireless Installation
No cable between thermostat and receiver. Use the radio quality test (below 30% weak, 30 to 60% correct, above 60% excellent) and add an ERX 1000 / ERX 2000 repeater if needed.
Additional Functions
-
Installer and user lock codes to protect settings, plus child lock that disables all keys.
-
Setpoint limits (minimum and maximum) to prevent over-heating or over-cooling.
-
Temperature correction of ±5°C to match the displayed value to a reference thermometer.
-
Anti-seize function runs the circulator for 5 minutes a week outside the heating season.
-
Several receivers can be associated with one Tybox Control for multi-emitter or multi-zone control.
-
Safe mode if the radio link is lost for more than an hour: the receiver falls back to emergency frost protection (heating 15% of the time).

Frequently Asked Questions
What heating systems does it control?
The RF 7210 receiver switches a boiler, wood-burning stove, circulator, zone valve, motorised damper or heat pump through its 5 A changeover dry contact. Heating, cooling or heating/cooling is selected in the installer menu.
Do I need an internet connection?
The Tydom Home UK hub needs to be connected to your router by Ethernet for app control, scheduling and voice control. The battery-powered thermostat itself talks to the receiver by radio and does not need Wi-Fi.
Which voice assistants work with it?
Delta Dore states the Tydom hub works with Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant and Siri (through shortcuts in routines). Voice control applies to thermostats that manage temperature in degrees, and one voice assistant account controls one hub at a time.
What happens if the thermostat loses contact with the receiver?
After one hour without radio communication the receiver enters safe mode. It stays off if it was off, otherwise it runs emergency frost protection (about 15% heating). Pressing the receiver button cycles through Off, emergency frost and emergency comfort (about 75%, timed to 24 hours).
Can I add more receivers or extend the range?
Yes. Additional receivers or radio repeaters can be associated with the Tybox Control. Delta Dore names the ERX 1000 and ERX 2000 repeaters for weak signals, and the built-in radio test shows signal quality as a percentage.
How long do the batteries last?
About 2 years with two alkaline AAA cells under Delta Dore's reference usage. A low-battery symbol appears about one month before they need replacing.
