Description

This CY screened control cable, 2-core at 1mm² cross-section, is manufactured to BS EN 50525-2-11 and designed for reliable communication wiring between a Samsung heat pump outdoor unit and its MIM control board. The tinned copper wire braid screening shields the signal conductors from electromagnetic interference, protecting the integrity of the low-voltage control signal over longer cable runs.

Constructed with plain annealed flexible copper conductors, PVC insulation and a PVC outer sheath over the braided screen, this cable is rated for use in dry, moist and wet conditions. It is robust enough for most external routing, though as it is not UV stable, any section run outdoors and exposed to direct sunlight should be protected within flexible conduit.
