The Calmag 19mm Inlet High Flow Hoses are sold as a pair (inlet and outlet) and are designed to connect the CalSoft Mini or CalSoft Midi water softener to high-flow plumbing systems using 19mm/22mm connections. These hoses are the correct choice for combi boiler systems, unvented hot water cylinders (Megaflow, pressurised systems), and modern plumbing installations where maximum flow through the softener is required without any pressure restriction.

Delivering up to 70 litres per minute maximum flow through the 19mm bore, these hoses are the high-flow companion to the Calmag CalSoft softener range and are the recommended hoses when installing either the CalSoft Mini or CalSoft Midi on any high-pressure or high-demand system. The hoses connect to the ¾" BSP quick-connect bypass valve supplied with the softener unit.

💡 19mm Hi-Flow Hoses vs 15mm Standard Kit

The 19mm Hi-Flow Hoses are required when your plumbing system operates at higher pressure or flow demand — combi boilers with 22mm pipework, unvented cylinders (Megaflow), pressurised systems, or power shower installations. They allow flow up to 70 l/min. The 15mm Standard Kit delivers up to 50 l/min and is suitable for conventional gravity-fed systems and basic combi setups with 15mm connections. If in doubt about which kit to order, use the 19mm Hi-Flow Hoses for any modern plumbing installation.
