The Biasi Pro-Electric 16kW Three Phase Electric System Boiler (BIPROELEC16S) is a wall-mounted, flueless electric system boiler that is a direct replacement for a gas system boiler. It works with a vented or unvented indirect hot water cylinder to supply central heating and stored hot water, which makes it the right route for homes with more than one bathroom.
There is no flue, no gas and no condensate, and the boiler modulates its output towards full 16kW power, running at close to 100% efficiency. It has an integrated pump and expansion vessel, a touchscreen control panel and very few moving parts, and it can be paired with a timer to take advantage of off-peak electricity or integrated with a solar PV system.

Three Phase Supply Required
This boiler needs a 400V three-phase (3N~) supply and is not compatible with standard single-phase domestic wiring. Confirm a three-phase supply before ordering.
Electrical Supply Check Before You Order
This model draws 23A at full load on a 400V three-phase supply and Biasi recommend a 32A breaker with 3 x 4mm² cable. Biasi require a voltage and load test calculation to confirm the breaker size and that the property supply can carry the load before installation.
Indirect Cylinder Required
This is a system boiler, not a combi. It does not supply instantaneous hot water on its own and must be paired with a vented or unvented indirect hot water cylinder.

Warranty and Installation Requirements
The 3-year Biasi warranty is only valid if the boiler is installed by a competent, registered installer, a Part P electrical certificate is issued immediately after the live connection, the guarantee is registered within 45 days of purchase, the appliance is serviced annually by a registered electrician, and a magnetic filter is fitted to the heating return. Biasi state they accept no responsibility for failures where these terms are not met.
