Description

The Baxi 430 Combi 2.1 is a 30kW high-efficiency condensing combi boiler engineered for medium-sized homes with up to two bathrooms. It combines instant hot water and central heating in one compact, wall-mounted unit, removing the need for a separate cylinder or tank. Built with a stainless steel heat exchanger and brass hydraulics, it runs on Natural Gas or LPG without a conversion kit, and is backed by a 5-year parts and labour warranty.

This appliance must be installed, commissioned and serviced only by a Gas Safe registered engineer, in accordance with Building Regulations and the manufacturer's Installation and Service Manual. A Benchmark Commissioning Checklist must be completed on installation.

Cable sizing is site-specific

The boiler requires a permanent electrical live supply. Actual cable sizing for the fixed electrical connection must be calculated by a qualified electrician in accordance with BS 7671, based on cable run length and installation method.
