ADEY ProCheck Digital Water Test Kit - Smartphone Central Heating Water Analysis - CP1-03-5132

Description

The ADEY ProCheck Test Kit (MPN CP1-03-5132) is the UK's first digital central heating water test kit, replacing traditional dip-strip guesswork with instant lab-style results delivered straight to a smartphone. Within roughly a minute of taking a system water sample, ProCheck measures the four parameters that most influence boiler breakdown risk: inhibitor concentration, corrosion, pH, and turbidity. Results are analysed by the ADEY ProCheck app and uploaded automatically to the ADEY Sense® reporting portal, giving installers an independently verifiable record of system health for every job.

Universal Compatibility

ADEY ProCheck is designed to work best with ADEY chemicals but will also provide results where other certified water treatment chemicals have been used, making it suitable for testing systems regardless of which inhibitor brand was originally installed.

Subscription Note

The kit includes 12 months of free access to the ADEY Sense Report Management System from date of activation. Continued report generation and portal access beyond this period is subject to subscription renewal.

BS 7593:2019 Compliance

ADEY ProCheck is designed to support compliance with BS 7593:2019, the British Standard for treatment of water in domestic hot water central heating systems. Engineers should still follow full best-practice cleaning and dosing procedures alongside testing.

Digital Lab-Style Accuracy

Offers a higher level of accuracy than traditional on-site dip-testing, using connected app technology to interpret test strip results rather than relying on manual colour-matching by eye.

Four-Parameter Analysis

Tests inhibitor, corrosion, pH and turbidity in a single sample, giving a fuller picture of system water health than single-parameter dip tests.

Independent Validation

Results are verified by KIWA Gastec, an independent testing body, confirming that the ProCheck procedure and its underlying data set represent true system performance.

Instant Reporting

A full results report is emailed instantly and stored in the ADEY Sense portal, giving engineers a permanent, searchable record for every property visited.

Fast On-Site Workflow

The entire process - sample, test strip, scan, report - is designed to be completed in a single site visit, minimising callbacks and admin time.

Recommendations Included

Where water quality falls outside target ranges, the app provides corrective action recommendations directly to the engineer's phone.

What does the ADEY ProCheck kit actually measure?

It measures four key water quality parameters: inhibitor concentration, corrosion, pH level, and turbidity - the main contributors to boiler and radiator breakdown in central heating systems.

How long does a test take?

A complete test, from taking the sample to receiving a validated report on your phone, takes under two minutes.

Do I need to use ADEY chemicals for this to work?

No. ProCheck is designed to work best with ADEY products but will also provide valid results where other certified water treatment chemicals have been used in the system.

What happens to my test results?

Each result is emailed instantly and automatically uploaded to the ADEY Sense® portal, where all historic reports can be reviewed and resent at any time.

Is the app subscription included?

Yes, the kit includes 12 months of free access to report generation and the ADEY Sense Report Management System from first use.
