Description

The WCED WME06 6-way metal consumer unit enclosure is an IP40 indoor enclosure for 230V, 50Hz, 100A installations with a 16kA short-circuit rating. Made from non-combustible metal with a polyester powder coat finish, it is manufactured and tested to BS EN 61439-3 and complies with the 18th Edition BS 7671.

Installation is quick thanks to a raised DIN rail for better cable routing, raised keyholes, captive cover screws and a supplied spirit level. A large, accessible wiring space with extra room for RCBOs and multiple cable entry knock-outs make it easy to fit out. Neutral and earth terminal bars are supplied.

No. It is supplied as an enclosure with a DIN rail and neutral and earth terminal bars for you to fit your own devices.

Can it be used outdoors?

No. It is rated IP40 and intended for indoor use. Use a higher IP-rated enclosure outdoors.
