MPN: SCC110030210 | 30A ultra‑fast MPPT solar charge controller with integrated Bluetooth, for 12V and 24V battery systems and solar arrays up to 440W (12V) / 880W (24V) with a maximum PV open‑circuit voltage of 100V.
Why Choose This Controller?
- Delivers significantly higher solar yield than PWM and slower MPPT controllers, especially in changing or low‑light conditions.
- Handles sizeable arrays for medium systems: up to 440W on 12V or 880W on 24V, ideal for off‑grid cabins, vans, boats and small home systems.
- Integrated Bluetooth for simple setup, monitoring and firmware updates via the VictronConnect app (phone, tablet or PC).
- Advanced charge algorithms and BatteryLife‑style management (bulk/absorption/float) to protect and extend battery life.
- Victron‑grade reliability, with robust electronics, extensive protection and a 5‑year manufacturer’s warranty.
How Many Solar Panels Can I Use?
The controller is limited by 440W/880W power and 100V PV open‑circuit voltage. Typical examples:
- 12V battery bank (max 440W) – 2 × 200–220W panels in parallel, or – 3 × 150W panels (450W total, acceptable with minor clipping), or – Higher‑voltage strings (e.g. 2 × 220W in series) as long as cold‑weather Voc stays below 100V.
- 24V battery bank (max 880W) – 3–4 × 260–300W panels in series/parallel combinations, staying under 880W and 100V Voc, or – 2 × 400–440W “large” modules in series or parallel as design allows.
Always check your specific panel wattage and Voc (including cold‑temperature Voc) to keep within 100V and the relevant W limit for your battery voltage.
