What is in the bundle?
The X1-IES-6K hybrid inverter, one or more TP-HS50E 5.1 kWh LiFePO4 modules, the TPMS-MCS0800E BMS and the Pocket-X Wi-Fi dongle. The 15 kWh and 20 kWh bundles include a Series Box. PV panels, mounting, wiring and isolators are not included.
Can I expand the battery later?
Yes. Each TP-HS50E module adds 5.1 kWh. Grow from starter capacity to a maximum of 20.4 kWh per inverter (4 modules) without touching the inverter itself.
How does EPS backup work?
On a grid outage the inverter switches to EPS mode in under 10 ms and powers the backed-up circuits from the battery. Your installer separates critical loads onto the EPS output during commissioning. The battery also keeps the solar array generating and charging during the outage.
How many PV panels can I connect to the X1-IES-6K?
The maximum recommended PV input is 12 kWp — 200% of the rated AC output. The three MPPT inputs accept strings on different orientations; each MPPT handles one string up to 600 V DC / 20 A. Use SolaX's online design tool or ask your installer to size the strings correctly.
