Schletter Rail Connector Solo5, Solo05 Light, ProfiPlus, FixZ-7 and FixZ-15 | 129002-002

Description

This Schletter Rail Connector joins two lengths of compatible module-bearing rail end-to-end, creating one continuous run across longer roof spans. It is designed to fit the Eco05, Solo, Solo05, ProfiPlus, FixZ-7 and FixZ-15 rail profiles, giving a single connector part number across several Schletter rail ranges.

Supplied pre-assembled, the connector slides into the rail profile from each end to align and join the sections, maintaining a consistent rail cross-section across the join with no visible step for module clamps to negotiate.

Key Features

Multi-Rail Compatibility

A single connector part fits the Eco05, Solo, Solo05, ProfiPlus, FixZ-7 and FixZ-15 rail profiles, simplifying stock-keeping across mixed Schletter rail installations.

Pre-Assembled Delivery

Arrives pre-assembled with mounting material, so installers are not left sourcing loose fixings on site.

Seamless Rail Continuation

Creates a continuous rail run across joins, maintaining the same profile cross-section so clamps slide past the joint without obstruction.

Untreated Aluminium Construction

Manufactured from aluminium for a strong, corrosion-resistant connection that will not weaken the rail's structural performance at the join.

Compact, Purpose-Built Profile

At 120mm deep, the connector inserts far enough into each rail section to provide a secure, rigid joint without adding significant bulk to the rail line.

Simplifies Long Rail Runs

Enables installers to build up rail lengths beyond a single stock length, useful for wide roof spans or continuous multi-row arrays.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which Schletter rail profiles does this connector fit?

It is compatible with the Eco05, Solo, Solo05 Light, ProfiPlus, FixZ-7 and FixZ-15 rail profiles, so the same part can be used across several Schletter rail systems on one project.

Does the connector come with fixing screws?

Yes, it is supplied pre-assembled with its mounting material, so no separate fixings need to be sourced for a standard connection.

Will module clamps be obstructed at the rail joint?

No. The connector is designed to maintain the same rail cross-section across the join, so clamps can be positioned or slid past the joint without interference.

Can this connector be used on trapezoidal roofs where rail alignment matters?

It can, though on trapezoidal roofs with SingleFix-type fixings, Schletter also offers an internal Solo/Solo Light connector variant specifically to keep rails sitting flush where an external connector could lift the rail off the roof crest. Check your fixing type before choosing between the two.

How much of the rail does the connector overlap?

The connector has a 120mm insertion depth, giving a firm mechanical joint between the two rail sections without adding significant length to the overall run.
