Description

The Samsung EHS Mono R32 12kW Three-Phase Air Source Heat Pump is the three-phase version of Samsung's Gen 6 monobloc platform, built for larger UK homes and small commercial buildings where a three-phase electrical supply is available. As with every unit in the Mono range, the full refrigeration circuit is factory-sealed inside the outdoor unit, removing the need for F-Gas handling on site.

This unit delivers the same 12.00 kW heating capacity and COP of 4.53 at standard A7/W35 conditions as its single-phase equivalent, while spreading the electrical load across three phases for a lower current draw per line. It continues to operate reliably down to -25°C outdoor air temperature, with leaving water temperatures of up to 65°C suiting both underfloor heating and radiator systems.

MCS Installation & Control Kit Required

This is an outdoor unit only. A Samsung control kit (MIM-E03EN or equivalent) or a pre-plumbed cylinder solution such as a Samsung ClimateHub is required to complete a working heating and hot water system. Installation must be carried out by an MCS-certified installer to qualify for BUS grant funding and the extended manufacturer warranty.

Compatible Control Kits & Wi-Fi

This unit is completed with either the MIM-E03EN or MIM-E03FN control kit (sold separately) - both provide full heating, hot water, and mixing valve control, with the MIM-E03FN adding a 7" touchscreen display over the standard wired controller. Add the MIM-H04EN Wi-Fi Controller Kit to either control kit for remote monitoring and control via the Samsung SmartThings app. Alternatively, pair this heat pump with a pre-plumbed Samsung ClimateHub or Joule Kodiak cylinder, which include the necessary controls built in.

Up to 7-Year Warranty
