Description

The Samsung EHS Mono R32 12kW Air Source Heat Pump is a high-output, single-phase monobloc unit engineered for larger UK homes and small commercial applications. As with the rest of the Mono range, the complete refrigeration circuit is factory-sealed inside the outdoor unit, so there is no F-Gas handling on site and no indoor hydro box required - just a water flow and return connection.

The 12kW model delivers a COP of 4.53 at standard A7/W35 conditions and continues to produce heat down to -25°C outdoor air temperature, with leaving water temperatures of up to 65°C suiting both underfloor heating and radiator-based systems. Its higher electrical draw means a single-phase supply must be confirmed as adequate before installation; a three-phase version of this same capacity is available where site electrics require it.

A Samsung control kit (MIM-E03EN or equivalent) or a pre-plumbed cylinder solution such as a Samsung ClimateHub is required to complete a working heating and hot water system. Installation must be carried out by an MCS-certified installer to qualify for BUS grant funding and the extended manufacturer warranty.
