The Renusol ConSole Streamliner+ (Part No. REN-520076) is a purpose-built rear-row accessory tray
for the ConSole+ (CS+) ballasted mounting system. Positioned behind the last row of ConSole+ trays in a flat-roof or ground-mounted array, the
Streamliner+ presents a lower, wind-deflecting profile that reduces the aerodynamic uplift acting on the array — and in turn
reduces the amount of ballast needed to hold the system down. Like the ConSole+ tray it pairs with, it's moulded from
HDPE for weather resistance and ships with the stainless steel fixings required to attach it to the last ConSole+ unit in the row.

ConSole+ Trays Required per Unit
ⓘ Used at the Rear Row Only, Alongside a ConSole+ Tray
The Streamliner+ is not a standalone module mount — it is designed to be fitted to the back row of an existing ConSole+ (R520075-K) installation to reduce windload on the array as a whole. It requires one ConSole+ tray per Streamliner+ unit and is not sold or used independently.
✓ Reduces Required Ballast
By lowering the aerodynamic profile at the rear of the array, the Streamliner+ reduces the wind uplift the array experiences, which in turn lowers the ballast weight needed to secure the full installation — useful where roof loading capacity is limited.
Aerodynamic Rear-Row Profile
The Streamliner+ is shaped to smooth airflow over the back of the array, cutting the wind uplift forces that the rearmost row of modules would otherwise generate — a common weak point in ballasted flat-roof arrays.
Lowers Overall Ballast Requirement
Because windload is reduced at the array's rear edge, installers can typically specify less ballast across the whole system, which is especially valuable on roofs with restricted point-load or total-load capacity.
Matched HDPE Construction
Built from the same HDPE material as the ConSole+ tray it accompanies, ensuring consistent weathering performance and a matched aesthetic across the array.
Simple Bolt-On Fitting
The unit attaches to the last ConSole+ tray using 9 stainless steel DIN 7504 fixing screws, supplied with the kit, for a straightforward addition to an existing or planned array layout.
Designed Specifically for ConSole+ Arrays
The Streamliner+ is engineered as a system-specific accessory for the ConSole+ range, so its fit and wind performance are validated against the standard R520075-K tray rather than adapted from another mounting family.
Suits Larger Flat-Roof and Ground Arrays
As arrays grow in row count, cumulative windload at the rear increases — the Streamliner+ is most valuable on larger commercial and ground-mounted installations where ballast weight and roof loading are closely managed.

Can the Streamliner+ be used on its own, without a ConSole+ tray?
No. The Streamliner+ is designed to be fitted behind the last ConSole+ tray in an array and requires one R520075-K ConSole+ unit to pair with — it isn't a standalone module mount.
What does the Streamliner+ actually do?
It sits at the rear of a ConSole+ array and presents a lower, more aerodynamic profile, which reduces the wind uplift acting on the array. This means less ballast is needed to hold the system down safely.
How many Streamliner+ units do I need?
Typically one Streamliner+ per row of the array, fitted at the rear-most ConSole+ position — array layout and row count will determine the total quantity required for a given roof or ground installation.
What's included with the Streamliner+?
Each unit ships with the HDPE Streamliner+ tray and 9 stainless steel DIN 7504 fixing screws needed to attach it to the adjoining ConSole+ tray.
Is the Streamliner+ made from the same material as the ConSole+ tray?
Yes, it's moulded from the same HDPE material as the ConSole+ base tray, giving consistent weathering performance and appearance across the array.
