Description

The Reina Serre White WiFi Electric Radiator is a horizontal aluminium panel heater built for rooms that need fast, controllable heat without a wet central heating connection. Aluminium's excellent thermal conductivity means the Serre heats up quickly and responds fast to temperature changes, while its low mass keeps running costs down compared with heavier steel or cast iron panels. Every size in the range ships with built-in WiFi control via the free Tuya Smart Life app, so installers can hand over a radiator that's ready for scheduling and remote control from day one.

Manufactured by Reina to IP24 and Class I electrical standards, the Serre is available in three power outputs — 1000W, 1500W and 2000W — to suit rooms from a small en-suite up to a large bedroom or living space. All three share the same 580mm height, aluminium block heating element, and clean flat-panel white finish, differing only in width and wattage.

Please Note

This is an electric-only radiator with a fixed heating element — it cannot be plumbed into a wet central heating system. Reina's installation guide requires a minimum clearance of 300mm between the heater and the floor or any wall it isn't mounted to, and the unit must not be sited directly beneath a socket outlet.

Important Safety Information

For fixed bathroom installation, the radiator's switches and controls must be positioned so they cannot be reached by a person in the bath or shower. The heater must never be covered, and it must not be powered through an external timer or a supply that is regularly switched on and off, as this can prevent the thermal cut-out resetting safely.

Does it need a fused spur, or can it use a plug?
