The 40mm High Grip Barbed Pipe Clips are specifically designed for securing underfloor heating pipes firmly in place, ensuring a stable and efficient heating installation. Ideal for use with rigid insulation boards such as Kingspan and Celotex, these clips offer excellent holding power thanks to their barbed design.

These clips can be installed individually by simply pushing them into the insulation or loaded into a pipe clipping gun to speed up the fixing process. Their robust design helps prevent pipe movement during screeding and throughout the lifespan of the system.

Installation Guidance

Use one clip approximately every 500 mm along straight pipe runs to ensure pipes remain fixed during screed pouring. At bends, especially 180° radial bends, use three clips per bend for additional security.

These clips can be pushed directly into rigid insulation or installed using a specialized pipe clip tool for increased efficiency and ergonomics on large projects.

Proper clip installation is crucial to prevent the heating pipes from floating or shifting, ensuring the underfloor heating system performs efficiently and reliably over time.
