Choose the variant that matches your calculated heat loss at your local winter design temperature. As a rough guide: 9 kW for 3–4 bed homes; 12 kW for larger 4–5 bed homes; 16 kW for very large or light-commercial properties, or where a 3-phase supply exists. Because T-CAP holds full capacity to -20°C, you don't need to oversize for cold-weather margin.
What's the difference between this and the T-CAP Mono J Generation (R32)?
Both use T-CAP technology, but this M Series range uses R290 (GWP 3, full output to -20°C, up to 75°C flow) versus the J Generation's R32 (full output to -15°C, up to 60°C flow). M Series is the more future-proof and higher-flow-temperature choice; J Generation T-CAP remains a well-proven, widely-supported R32 option.
Does this include an indoor unit or cylinder?
No — this listing is the outdoor unit only. The M Series platform is modular: choose your indoor configuration (Standalone Remote Controller, Control Module, Hydro Box, or All-in-One with 185L cylinder) separately based on your system design.
Can I choose 1-phase or 3-phase?
The 9 kW and 12 kW variants are 1-phase only. The 16 kW variant is 3-phase only — check your property's electrical supply before ordering.
