How is it connected to my Wi-Fi?

The interface joins your home Wi-Fi network during a quick setup procedure (around 5 minutes). It uses standard 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and works with most domestic routers.

What if my Wi-Fi drops out?

The heat pump continues running normally — the interface only provides remote access and reporting. Loss of Wi-Fi doesn't affect heating or hot water operation.

Is this the same as Mitsubishi MELCloud Pro?

MELCloud is the free homeowner platform. MELCloud Pro is the installer-facing platform with multi-site dashboards and fleet management — both use the same Wi-Fi interface to connect each Ecodan.
