The KeyPlumb K11692 A-Rated Circulating Pump is a high-efficiency 25/6-130 circulator for domestic central heating and hot water systems. It pairs a permanent magnet motor with a differential pressure controller that automatically and continuously adjusts pump performance to what the system actually needs — so it only works as hard as your heating demands.

With a 6 m head, 130 mm installation length and 1½" BSP connections, it drops straight into the standard UK domestic pump position. Variable or fixed speed — your choice. Leave the pump in its self-adjusting mode and the differential pressure controller tracks system demand automatically, or select a fixed speed from the front control panel where a system needs a constant flow.

Compatibility

Check that your existing pump is 130 mm port-to-port with 1½" BSP unions. The pump needs a minimum inlet pressure of 0.028 MPa (0.28 bar) at liquid temperatures up to 90°C — sealed systems meet this easily, but low-head open-vented systems should be checked. Liquid temperature range is +2°C to +95°C.

Safety & Regulations

Electrical work must comply with BS 7671 and be carried out by a competent person. Isolate the supply before working on the pump. The pump surface can reach up to +105°C in operation — avoid contact and keep cables away from the casing. Clean and inhibit the system to BS 7593 before fitting.
