This moulded plastic strip features a cable radius profile fixing, designed to hold heating cables firmly in place during installation to ensure correct spacing and a tidy, safe layout before screeding.

• Length: 500mm per strip
• Cable fixing profile provides a consistent cable spacing of 65mm
• Lightweight and durable plastic construction resistant to corrosion and screed chemicals
• Suitable for securing cables on concrete, insulation boards, or plywood subfloors
• Ensures neat, uniform cable runs to optimise heat distribution and efficiency

Installation Recommendations

• Fix plastic strips to the subfloor using suitable adhesives or fixing pins
• Position strips at regular intervals perpendicular to cable runs for secure fixing
• Maintain recommended cable spacing of 65mm using the strip profile
• Allow for at least 100mm border around room perimeter free from heating cables
• Ensure cable is clipped securely to the fixing strip without damage to the cable insulation
