The Honeywell Home HCC100M2022 Underfloor Multi-Zone Controller is a next-generation 'all-in-one' hub for individually managing up to 8 heating and cooling zones in a single home or small commercial space, using any combination of wired and wireless thermostats. It's designed to make integration into complex multi-zone systems faster and simpler, with configuration handled through the installer-focused Resideo Pro app over Bluetooth.

Supporting both OpenTherm and on/off appliance control, the HCC100 collects individual heat or cool demand from each zone and converts it into optimised demand control for the boiler, heat pump or heat/cool network. Its patented Fuzzy Logic self-learning algorithm and intelligent thermo-actuator output control (ITAC) balance the hydronic system for efficient, consistent zone temperatures, while evohome integration future-proofs installations for smart, app-controlled zoning.

The HCC100 connects to a 230V AC mains supply and switches multiple 230V outputs, including pump and actuator circuits. Installation and wiring must be carried out by a qualified electrician or heating engineer in accordance with current UK wiring regulations and the manufacturer's installation guide.

Compatible Thermostats Only

Wired zones require OpenTherm-communicating thermostats such as the Honeywell Home T4M, T87M, T87HC or DT4M. Wireless zones require compatible Honeywell Home wireless thermostats such as the DTS92, T87RF or DT4RF. Third-party or non-compatible thermostats cannot be used with the HCC100's zone control.

Evohome & Smart Zoning Integration

The HCC100 can be wirelessly bound to an evohome system, allowing individual zone schedules to be managed via evohome's own zone control, and giving the option to control zones remotely from a smartphone when evohome is connected to the internet.

Flexible Wired & Wireless Zoning

Supports up to 8 total zones in any combination of wired and wireless thermostats - for example 6 wired and 2 wireless, or all 8 wireless - suiting both new-build and retrofit projects.

Fuzzy Logic Zone Control

A patented self-learning (Fuzzy Logic) algorithm continually refines zone temperature control for greater accuracy over time, without manual tuning.

Intelligent Thermo-Actuator Control (ITAC)

ITAC balances valve opening across zones with demand, creating a hydronic balancing effect that supports longer, lower-intensity run times - improving efficiency for heat pumps and modulating boilers.

Resideo Pro App Configuration

Installation and setup are guided through the Resideo Pro app via Bluetooth, with a guided menu for system type, demand control and zone configuration, plus a system test menu to verify wiring and signal strength.

Cascade Support for Larger Systems

Up to three HCC100 controllers can be cascaded together - via wired link or wireless RF - for applications needing more than 8 zones, with a single demand control shared across the group.

Screwless, Fast Wiring

No screws are required for wired zone terminals (aside from power and pump connections), speeding up installation and reducing wiring errors on site.
