The Honeywell Home HR92UK Wireless Radiator Controller (4-pack) is an eu.bac-certified electronic thermostatic radiator valve head with a modern, ergonomic design. Using 868 MHz wireless communication, each HR92 integrates directly with a Honeywell Home evohome system, allowing individual rooms to be measured and controlled as part of a wider multi-zone heating setup.
In combination with evohome, up to 12 individual radiators or zones can be controlled, each with its own schedule of up to six temperature changes per day. Every HR92 in this pack fits the most common M30 x 1.5 radiator valve thread, runs on batteries with a typical two-year life, and features a backlit, tiltable display for easy reading at a glance.

The HR92 is designed to work as part of a Honeywell Home evohome multi-zone heating system. A compatible evohome controller is required to bind, schedule and manage these radiator controllers - they are not intended as standalone thermostats.
Wide Valve Compatibility
Each HR92 fits directly onto the most common M30 x 1.5 thermostatic radiator valve bodies, including Honeywell Home, Braukmann, MNG, Heimeier and Oventrop valves. A Danfoss RA valve adapter is included in the box for valves using that connection type.
Battery Type Matters
Batteries are included and the controller is configured for alkaline cells by default (approx. 2-year life). If lithium or rechargeable NiMH batteries are used instead, the battery type parameter must be updated in the HR92's settings to ensure accurate battery status reporting.
Evohome Multi-Zone Integration
Wireless 868 MHz communication lets each HR92 be bound to a Honeywell Home evohome system, enabling individual room-by-room control across up to 12 zones.
Backlit, Tiltable Display
The large, adjustable display can be tilted to 10°, 20°, 30° or 40° for easier reading, with backlighting that activates automatically when the dial is turned or a button pressed.
Window Open Detection
A built-in window function automatically closes the radiator valve when a sudden temperature drop indicates an open window, helping avoid wasted heating.
Optional Wired Window Contact
For rooms needing more precise control, an external window contact (HCA30) can be wired in via the ACS90 cable to close the valve whenever the window is physically opened.
Manual Override with Auto-Revert
The setpoint can be adjusted manually at any time, remaining in effect until the next scheduled switching point, after which the programmed schedule resumes automatically.
Simple Tool-Free Fitting
A straightforward slide-and-lock mechanism secures the controller onto the valve baseplate, with a brief self-test confirming correct installation before normal operation begins.

How long do the batteries last?

What happens if a window is opened in the room?
The built-in window function detects the rapid temperature drop from an open window and closes the radiator valve automatically, reopening it once the temperature rises again after the window is closed.
