The Heatrae Sadia Supreme 150 is a 2.5 litre wall-mounted electric boiling water boiler, permanently plumbed to deliver instant boiling water for tea, coffee and hot snacks in busy office kitchens, catering environments and staffrooms.

Important Safety Information

Does the Supreme 150 need to be plumbed in?

Yes — it's a permanently plumbed unit connected to the mains cold water supply, not a fill-and-forget kettle. It requires a 15mm push-fit water connection and a vent pipe run per the installation manual.

How many cups can it dispense before needing to reheat?

The 2.5 litre tank holds approximately 15 cups (167ml each) ready to dispense instantly, with the unit's fast recovery cycle allowing up to 150 cups per hour of continuous use.

What's the difference between the Supreme 150 and 150SS?

They share the same 2.5 litre capacity and 2.5kW element, but the 150SS has a stainless steel finish (MPN 95200240) rather than the white thermoplastic casing on the standard 150 (MPN 95200252) featured here.

Does it need any special electrical supply?

It requires a standard 230/240V AC supply, fused at 13A, with a double-pole isolating switch fitted with at least 3mm contact separation in both poles.

Is descaling covered under warranty?

No. Heatrae Sadia's terms exclude scale-related faults from warranty, and if the manufacturer's service team is asked to descale a unit, that work is chargeable. The built-in electronic water conditioner helps reduce scale accumulation in hard water areas.
