When signalled by a room thermostat or wiring centre, the actuator opens or closes the valve, giving accurate temperature management for each room or zone in the system.
Fitted using the integrated M30 x 1.5mm threaded ring nut, the TA230 connects directly onto a manifold and is controlled via an underfloor heating wiring centre such as the Heatmiser UH4 or UH8. Its normally closed (NC) design means the valve stays shut until actively signalled, supporting energy-efficient, fail-safe operation.
