The Fastensol Flat Roof Tray — Extended Option takes the standard ballasted flat roof tray and widens its compatibility using the manufacturer's 140mm mini rail, allowing it to accept solar modules up to 1140mm wide in landscape orientation. This is the correct choice where panels exceed the 1010mm width limit of the standard tray kit, without moving to a different mounting system.
As with the standard tray, this is a ballasted, penetration-free solution for flat roofs and ground-mounted arrays — the tray sits on the roof surface and is held down with loose ballast such as gravel or stone, avoiding fixings through the roof covering.
