The HubR requires fixed mains wiring, to comply with current IET Wiring Regulations (BS7671). Mains wiring should be carried out by a competent person.
Boiler Compatibility Check
Thermostat Kit 3 is designed for conventional boilers with two independent heating zones and a separate hot water cylinder. For a single-zone conventional boiler, choose Thermostat Kit 2 (CCTFR6902G2D). For a combi boiler, choose Thermostat Kit 1 (CCTFR6901G2D).

What boiler setup is this kit for?
Thermostat Kit 3 (CCTFR6903G2D) is designed for conventional boilers with two independent heating zones plus a separate hot water cylinder. If you only have one heating zone, choose Thermostat Kit 2 (CCTFR6902G2D).
Can I schedule each zone independently?
Yes. The 3-channel HubR allows fully independent schedules for each of the two heating zones and for hot water, via relay switching.
Why does this kit include two Room Thermostats?
Each heating zone needs its own Room Thermostat to sense and control temperature independently, so two are included — one per zone.
Can this control a heat pump?
