The Crown Endurance 300L Heat Pump Horizontal Indirect Cylinder (END300HPH) is purpose-built for installations where headroom is limited but hot water demand isn't — think loft plant rooms, low-ceiling airing cupboards, and integral garages. Rather than standing tall, this cylinder lies on its side, using length instead of height to deliver 300 litres of nominal capacity (279L potable) from a compact 545mm diameter shell.

Constructed from 1mm duplex stainless steel and backed by a 25-year manufacturer's warranty, the Endurance range is engineered specifically for heat pump systems. A 2.96m² coil surface area rated at 25.48kW ensures efficient heat transfer even from the lower flow temperatures typical of air source and ground source heat pumps, while a unique stat pocket design allows probe positioning that maximises usable hot water capacity in the vessel.

Every Endurance horizontal cylinder is supplied with a secondary return connection at the end of the tank, and comes complete with mounting cradles that add 105mm to the overall installed height.

Kit & Pressure Specification

Supplied with a 3 bar/6 bar inlet set, 15mm x 22mm tundish, 9 bar/70°C temperature & pressure relief valve, T&P cover, 28mm 2-port valve and high limit cut-out thermostat. Maximum operating pressure is 3 bar, with an 8 bar test pressure.
