Biasi's comprehensive flue accessories range is compatible with the Dina, RinNova Adaptive, and Antares boiler families. Flue Installation — Gas Safe Engineer Required. All flue components must be installed and tested by a Gas Safe Registered Engineer. Maximum permitted flue lengths must not be exceeded — check the boiler installation manual for the specific model being installed. Never mix Biasi flue components with other manufacturers' systems. The flue system must be gas-tight and supported at the intervals specified in the manual.
Flue Length Calculation. For 4" coaxial systems the maximum total run is 10 m. Each 90° elbow deducts 1 m and each 45° elbow deducts 0.5 m from the permitted maximum. Extensions are available in 1 m (10999.0388.1) and 2 m (10999.0928.0) lengths. For the 5" system, the maximum permitted run is longer — refer to the specific boiler installation manual. Twin-pipe Ø 80+80 mm runs can extend to 40 m total.

Plume Management System
Plume management kits redirect the visible water-vapour plume from a horizontal flue terminal to a position where it will not cause a nuisance — preventing staining on rendered walls, obstructing windows, or activating CCTV motion sensors. Frequently Asked Questions
Can I mix Biasi 4" and 5" flue components in the same installation?
No. The 4" (Ø 60/100 mm) and 5" (Ø 80/125 mm) coaxial systems are not directly interchangeable. If upgrading from a 4" to a 5" run (to gain extended maximum flue length), a suitable adaptor must be used at the boiler outlet. Check the boiler installation manual for the specific adaptor required and the maximum permitted flue lengths on each system diameter for your boiler model.
When is a plume management kit required?
Plume management is not always a regulatory requirement but is strongly recommended — and in some cases required by Building Regulations or planning conditions — where the boiler flue terminal is located near windows, doors, ventilation grilles, CCTV cameras, or where the condensation plume could cause nuisance or staining. The Plume Diverter (10999.1054.0) is a simple low-cost solution for minor redirection; the full Plume Management Kit (10999.1077.0) allows longer routing of the exhaust to a more suitable position.
Does the Offset Flue Adaptor reduce the maximum flue length?
No — the Biasi Offset Flue Adaptor (10999.1492.0) does not reduce the maximum permitted flue length. It simply allows the boiler's flue outlet to be repositioned to be centrally aligned with the boiler case without drilling an additional hole. This is particularly useful on replacement installations where the existing flue hole does not align perfectly with the new boiler's outlet position.
What is the difference between the Plume Management Kit (10999.1077.0) and the Flue/Plume Complete Kit (10999.0556.0)?

Does the weather compensation probe (BI1665107) work with all Biasi boilers?
The outdoor temperature probe is compatible with Biasi boilers that feature the E1–E2 external probe terminal block on the PCB — including the Antares, RinNova Adaptive, and Advance Plus ranges.
