Where and How to Install
Install the S20 immediately after the incoming mains stop tap, before the water reaches any branch point, tank, or appliance. This ensures the entire household supply — cold water, hot water circuit, all taps, showers, washing appliances, and the heating system — receives treated water.
The S20 uses female threaded connections (½" DN15 female) — note that this differs from the S15's male connections.
